A family is on a picnic in Central Park New York and their little boy wanders off . This little boy is seen wandering by himself by a stranger , this stranger refuses to capture a child in great danger of being hit by a car , and as you can expect this unfortunate child was hit and killed by a car . The police investigate this tragedy and the stranger who sees the child in great danger is charged with criminal negligance . He says to the police " Thank you very much for charging me with criminal negligance , If I captured that child and saved his life you big bad coppers would have charged me with child molestation ! " .
